Children’s Health

When I started studying Nutrition and got to know how much we can improve ones health, I was fascinated, but not yet fulfilled. Only when I met Anne Darcy and have heard her talking, I knew, that where Nutrition takes the leading part, is in children’s health.

If I can help one child to thrive, eat well, get all the nutrition they can to help them grow and develop cognitively – I am fulfilled.

I teach parents how to get the whole family in alignment and understanding what Nutrition is and how to make changes to optimum health with Nutrition.

I specialize in:

Food Sensitivity Testing

Oftentimes we don’t realize that our health complaints are caused by our immune system reacting to foods that we eat. Checking for antibodies to foods allows us to see the reason why our immune system is overactive and over-protective, attacking our own tissue along the way, leaving us with all sorts of autoimmune diseases like diabetes, MS, Alzheimer’s, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and more.

Checking for food sensitivities and getting to know our immune system saves a lot of time of hit and miss ways to feel better.

Brain Health

I don’t know about you, but the most scary disease for me is the brain dysfunction. We know that we can do a lot for other body parts – surgeries, implants, therapies – but it is very hard to deal with a brain inside our scull. Moreover, this is who we are and how we maintain our life. Taking care of your brain or getting your brain in order, is possible. Brain has it’s own, specific nutritional requirements and needs. There are easy to follow protocols that lead to significant improvement or even to complete reverse of Alzheimer’s disease, Autism, dementia.
